We are different, but we travel one road,

For work gives meaning, and movement gives warmth.

And if the day grows cold,

Then here is a shoulder — and the soul feels light.

One will notice what was slipping away,

Another will point out the right turn.

At times we did not have enough strength,

But together everyone moves forward again.

Though there are many tasks, meetings, and expectations,

Though the first step is very hard,

In respect, honesty, and care

A hearth of trust is born.

When there is an “us,” work is closer to the heart,

And even a difficult path is not so harsh.

In a team, everyone can find warmth

In kind deeds, support, and warm words.

We grew up at different times. We had different schools, songs, first trips, first dreams, and first ideas about who we wanted to become.

But there is something that unites us. We speak the same language — the language of shared cultural meanings. The language of recognition. It is the language of favorite films, music, the scent of mandarins in December, our grandmother’s home, our first school assembly, trains to the sea, and stories passed down through the family.

And it does not matter which era we belong to: the era of cassette tapes, phones, or short videos. We share a common memory — and it helps us hear one another.

To be understood. To be accepted. To be heard.
