Liliya Dorokhina on the Future of Hospitality in an RBC Interview

The August–September issue of RBC+South and the North Caucasus magazine, “The Economy of Dreams: A Southern Scenario for a Healthy City,” dedicated to territorial development, real estate development, the hospitality industry, and wellness, has been released.
The central feature involving LeePrime Group was an interview with the company’s CEO, Lilia Valentinovna Dorokhina, titled “An Ordinary Miracle of Hospitality.”
In the interview, Lilia Valentinovna explained how guests’ expectations are changing: today, people need more than just a set of services; they need a space that helps them restore their physical and emotional resources and feel calm, secure, and internally balanced. This is why a hotel product is increasingly being created as an integrated ecosystem in which architecture, engineering solutions, sleep quality, nutrition, lighting, acoustics, digital services, and the work of the staff all serve the main goal—caring for a person’s well-being.
Special attention in the interview is devoted to personalizing the guest experience, the Sleep Well and Wellbeing concepts, the capabilities of artificial intelligence, and the principle of “invisible technology.” Digital solutions should anticipate guests’ needs and simplify their journey while preserving what matters most in hospitality—human attention and emotional engagement.
Lilia Valentinovna also shared LeePrime Group’s approach to creating projects with long-term value and discussed the development of the Belye Nochi health resort, the Medvezhy Ugol concept, the HIVE LIVING project for people in their “golden years,” and Sochi’s prospects as one of the leading centers of health and wellness tourism.
