The organizer may select the winner of the competition at its discretion, even if the results of the electronic trading platform are not suitable.

An electronic request for price proposals on the LeePrime Group website is not an auction, tender or public competition in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Until the contract is signed with the winner of the electronic request for quotation, all actions are pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer.
