LeePrime Group at the Financial University's open day
On 9 February 2025 the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation held an open day. One of the key events was a talk by the LeePrime Group team led by the company's co-founder and CEO Liliya Dorokhina. Graduates of the Financial University who now work at LeePrime Group — Polina Fedoseenko and Irina Bakancheva — also addressed the audience.
A master class titled "A hotel is like cinema. Producing hotels" was held for prospective applicants, students and university guests. LeePrime Group founder and CEO Liliya Dorokhina shared her own path into hospitality and showed clearly how the processes in a hotel can be compared with producing a Hollywood film and developing its characters.
Financial University graduates Polina Fedoseenko and Irina Bakancheva spoke about how the skills and knowledge they gained at university became the foundation for beginning their professional careers at LeePrime Group. Their talk gave particular attention to the importance of academic preparation and the practical competences needed to work in hotel development and management.
