Adel Vafin, General Manager of the medical division, moderated the plenary session "Difficult experience in delivering personnel policy and informatisation. The regions of Russia speak".

In his address, Adel Vafin underlined the role of the regions in strengthening Russia's healthcare system. He noted that one of the congress's key tasks is to bring best practices together and roll them out quickly across the whole country.

"Reducing mortality and increasing life expectancy is the ultimate goal of ambitious national projects, and reaching it requires all branches of government to act together — something that was discussed at length recently at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum as well"
