"Sharing experience" — a private club

The first meeting of the private club "Sharing experience" took place at LeePrime Group's head office.

It is a private club of practical findings and living knowledge. The project was created by Konstantin Bushe.

Its essence is expressed in a single phrase: the club's main task is to turn personal experience into a usable instrument. Because real experience is valuable not when it is admired but when it can be put to use.

This is not a conference, not a lecture and not networking for the sake of business cards. Nobody here gathers a mass audience or makes polite conversation about nothing. Here people talk about experience that was genuinely lived, tested on oneself, understood — and that can be taken apart and passed on.

The project grew out of Speaker Cafe but went further: where there a person practised speaking and holding an audience, in "Sharing experience" they turn their real experience into an instrument useful to others.

It is for entrepreneurs, experts, directors, authors, consultants, teachers and facilitators — for people with strong personal or professional experience who know how to listen, how to ask questions and who are ready to share not only their victories but their mistakes, discoveries and doubts.

Konstantin Bushe is the club's curator and creator. He is a communications expert, the creator of the Speaker Cafe project, a journalist, television presenter, moderator of conferences and strategy sessions, a professional networker and a researcher of human experience.

In a single evening, in one space, four different paths came together, four ways of thinking and acting. Konstantin Bushe, Arsalan Sambuev, Irina Bakancheva and Alexey Sinitsyn shared not abstract theory but what they had genuinely lived — stories, tools, mistakes and decisions that you can try on for yourself and take away into your life or work.
