Hoteliers talk about communication

From 31 October to 1 November Moscow hosted the XII Hospitable Business conference, bringing together leading experts of the hospitality industry.

The well-known business coach and communications expert Konstantin Bushe used the interview method and surveyed hoteliers to learn about their communication methods and principles.

Particular attention was given to the answers of Liliya Dorokhina — hotelier, business coach and CEO of LeePrime Group — and Alexander Guzov, Development Director of LeePrime Group.

Liliya Dorokhina noted:

* Broaden the team's thinking, talk and listen.

* The newest employee is the most important one.

* "Don't make a fish climb trees".

Alexander Guzov underlined:

* Personal example.

* Give employees the chance to speak up.

* Flexibility in communication.

* Speak in plain words.
