Urban Awards for the collectible apartments

The award found its winner on 20 June at the Red Arena in Sochi. For 16 years now the Urban Awards has been one of the most significant events in the industry.

The jury assessed the development process comprehensively: construction, economic sustainability, marketing, management, energy efficiency, the quality of the landscaping and the architectural character. LeePrime residences received high marks on every criterion.

Separate recognition went to the brand's bespoke service, underlining the property's contribution to the growth of the premium resort real estate sector.
