A LeePrime collection 5* hotel will open in Krasnodar Krai

Metriks Development Group and LeePrime Group have signed a package of documents covering construction supervision and the subsequent management of a hotel under the LeePrime collection brand, on a site of more than 10 hectares on the first coastline.

LeePrime collection 5* meets international premium-class standards and combines refined elegance, a comfortable atmosphere and impeccable service. The concept also includes four 4* hotel buildings and 18 villas, The Garden spa&wellness complex and the LeePrime medical centre. The infrastructure will include a water complex, a restaurant with a view and conference halls for events.

At the signing ceremony, LeePrime Group managing partner Sergey Lee and Metriks Development Group CEO Nikolay Lobachev discussed the prospects of the partnership and the directions for growth. Both companies expressed their readiness for further cooperation, for widening their spheres of influence and for entering new markets.
