The launch of the LeePrime Digital Laboratory

LeePrime Group has launched a digital laboratory focused on creating its own methodologies for management and data-driven decision-making. The laboratory's goal is to research and develop applied artificial intelligence solutions for working with big data in the development and management of hotel, resort and mixed-use real estate. The laboratory is establishing a single standard for collecting, processing and interpreting data across all properties, creating intelligent algorithms that make it possible to forecast demand more accurately, manage profitability, optimise operational processes and improve the quality of the experience.

A defining feature of the laboratory is the use and development of a technology stack based on domestic software. The solution architecture is built with priority given to Russian platforms, databases, data processing tools and development environments, which ensures technological independence, resilience to external restrictions and compliance with information security requirements.

Within the laboratory's technology perimeter the following are used:

— domestic data storage and management systems

— Russian BI platforms and visualisation tools;

— local and hybrid big data processing environments;

— machine learning and analytics tools adapted to corporate tasks;

— integrations with Russian ERP, CRM and PMS systems, including solutions for the hotel and development segments.

The laboratory researches, develops and implements intelligent models capable of processing large volumes of heterogeneous data: market, operational, behavioural and financial. This makes it possible to produce more accurate demand forecasts, identify hidden patterns and take well-founded management decisions under conditions of high uncertainty.
