A franchise agreement has been signed for the management of Holiday Inn Krasnodar

By 2022 a hotel of the British chain InterContinental Hotels Group will be built in Krasnodar under the Holiday Inn brand.

The hotel complex will be managed by the managing partner for hotel, health resort and medical operations, LeePrime Group, which specialises in hotel service properties as well as social and cultural properties in Russia and abroad. The agreement was signed on behalf of the developer and the management company by the CEO of the developer, Andrey Maksimov, and the managing partner of LeePrime Group, Sergey Lee.

Andrey Maksimov: "In delivering a new hotel complex in Krasnodar, we are not only creating new opportunities for comfortable rest and quality wellness for Russian and foreign tourists, but also taking part in developing the city's business tourism ecosystem."

It is already known that the project concept involves a single building with commercial premises on the ground floors and a shared underground car park for 66 vehicles. The total built area will be 3,424.9 sq m. Investment in the property is preliminarily estimated at 2.3 billion roubles, with investment in the hotel part at around 800 million roubles. As the holding's press service noted, construction will create around 100 jobs for local residents.

The future business hotel is designed for 108 comfortable rooms, and the complex's infrastructure includes a restaurant, a lobby bar, a modern conference space, an accessible Roof Garden, and also a full-cycle medical centre LeePrime Medical and the SPA complex The Garden Spa&Wellness with thermal zones and a pool.

The project also provides for 372 apartments ranging from 21.6 to 75.6 sq m, which can be used either as residences with a set of privileges for the complex's residents, or handed over to LeePrime Group for serviced management.

The new hotel will be located at: 75/6 Uralskaya Street, Krasnodar

Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2022.
