A management agreement has been signed for properties under the Lotte brand

Over the next three years a modern hotel complex, Lotte Hotel Sochi, will be built in Sochi on the Riviera embankment. Construction work has already begun; the complex will occupy the central part of the resort. On 31 January 2022 the franchise agreement was signed by SEIJIN AHN on behalf of Lotte Hotel CO., LTD and by Anna Nevzorova on behalf of Metropolis LLC.

Management of the hotel properties under the Lotte brand has been entrusted to the independent Russian company LeePrime Group, which specialises in managing hotel service properties, apartment complexes and also social and cultural properties in Russia and abroad. LeePrime Group managing partner Sergey Lee signed the management agreement with Anna Nevzorova, head of Metropolis LLC.

Lotte Hotel Sochi will be the fifth hotel operating under the Lotte brand in Russia, alongside Moscow, St Petersburg, Samara and Vladivostok.

The project provides for a 5-storey complex with 178 premium rooms meeting high international standards, with open-air pools, the distinctive wellness space The Garden Spa&Wellness, restaurants serving signature cuisine, a lobby bar, an open Roof Garden relaxation area, a multifunctional media centre, a beauty salon, a children's area, several retail spaces and a two-level underground car park.

Investment in construction will be 6 billion roubles, and the number of jobs around 500.
