A new standard of living
Moscow hosted the presentation of a new out-of-town project by LeePrime Group — Presidency Monavi, which will become a flagship premium-level longevity resort in the Moscow Region.
The key event of the evening was the signing of a strategic agreement between LeePrime Group and an international hotel operator. The partnership is aimed at creating a distinctive five-star resort that brings together high standards of hospitality, preventive medicine and modern wellness infrastructure.
The presentation gathered representatives of business, development, the hotel industry and the media. Among the guests were Marina Gevorkyan, Egor Konchalovsky, Sangadzhi Tarbaev, Yulia Baranovskaya, Laura Dzhugeliya, Anna Sedokova and others.
The focus was not only on the architectural concept but above all on the project's philosophy. Presidency Monavi is being created as a space of a new quality of life, where the key values are health, harmony, family traditions and active longevity. The presentation format included an immersive experience: guests shared the personal reference points of their own lives, which symbolically became part of the future resort's ideology.
The project will be delivered on a site of more than 280 hectares in the Odintsovo and Krasnogorsk districts of the Moscow Region, 28 kilometres from Moscow. The plans include a five-star hotel with 160 rooms, a preventive medicine centre, a large spa complex with a thermal zone, and private villas.
Presidency Monavi is aimed at creating a new segment of out-of-town real estate — longevity resorts, in demand both among residents of Moscow and the Moscow Region and among guests from Russia's regions and an international audience.
LeePrime Group sees the project as a long-term investment in developing a quality living environment that brings together development, medicine, hospitality and a mindful approach to health and longevity.
