A tasting of the signature immune menu of Medvezhy Ugol took place within the walls of LeePrime Restaurant for Spectrum and became an important stage in preparing for the project's forthcoming launch.

ImmunoHealth brand chef Benita Strelchenko and LeePrime brand chef Andrey Valkov presented the team with an updated line of immune menu dishes, combining a scientific approach to nutrition with LeePrime's gastronomic style. The concept is built on ImmunoHealth's principles of immunodietetics and on modern restaurant techniques oriented towards taste, balance and the comfort of guests.

The joint presentation was not only a professional tasting but a culinary dialogue between two schools: the immunodietetics clinic ImmunoHealth and

LeePrime Group. The atmosphere of the evening set the tone for the future space of Medvezhy Ugol, which will open its doors to guests very soon.
