A gala dinner for SPIEF-2026

On 4 June the Lotte St Petersburg hotel hosted a gala dinner timed to coincide with the St Petersburg International Economic Forum. The event was held under the auspices of the Royal Club and brought together partners and invited guests.

The LeePrime Group team presented the concept of the Belye Nochi resort project on the site of the legendary guest house in the Uch-Dere valley of Sochi's Lazarevskoye district. The project's key partner is PARADE Development — a federal developer of premium real estate within the AVA Group holding, specialising in premium- and elite-class properties. The concept is aimed at developing a family holiday format that combines historical continuity with a modern level of service. The project occupies 10 hectares of relict parkland on the Black Sea shore, preserving the spirit of the historic health resort. The atmosphere of the presentation was heightened by St Petersburg's white nights.

A themed quiz was held for the evening's guests, immersing them in the history of Soviet balneology and of the Belye Nochi sanatorium built here in 1976. The project brings together three eras: the heritage of the Romanovs, the traditions of Soviet health resorts and modern standards of premium service.

LeePrime Group CEO Liliya Valentinovna Dorokhina noted that this place has been given new life and new breath. "The property is located within a botanical garden, which drew particular interest from the guests. We have begun shaping a concept of family holiday traditions. Sochi traditionally remains one of the most sought-after destinations for Russians and can become a place where family resort traditions take shape," noted LeePrime Group CEO Liliya Valentinovna Dorokhina.
