The National Association of Experts in Business Ethics, Etiquette and Protocol (NADEP) has become a partner of LeePrime Group. Its president, Albina Kholgova, delivered a training session for us titled "Business Ethics and Etiquette. Improving the Effectiveness of Business Communication". Dress code, verbal and non-verbal communication, receiving and working with delegations, the art of conducting negotiations — these were only a small part of what we learned.
