LeePrime Group and Bolshoy Serpukhov JSC discussed the prospects of cooperation within a special economic zone
— LeePrime Group held a meeting with representatives of Bolshoy Serpukhov JSC, during which the parties discussed management methods, the principles of responsible business conduct and the scope for developing joint projects within the special economic zone (SEZ) being created in the Moscow Region.
One of the key threads of the dialogue was bringing in experts to shape an effective business concept for products aimed at modern hotel and health resort properties. Particular interest was drawn by the idea of creating a world-class student campus that would act as a catalyst for an influx of young professionals and the growth of innovative projects.
Among the infrastructure initiatives under consideration are: building hotel and apartment complexes; creating sports and wellness facilities; a large-scale modernisation of an embankment more than 35 kilometres long, a contender for the title of the world's longest; and also restoring the cultural heritage of the Pushchino estate and fitting out guest houses with a medical focus.
During the meeting the LeePrime Group team presented the key stages of delivering its projects: from developing and presenting the concept to implementation and subsequent management. Particular attention was given to the experience of LeePrime academy: programmes for training tourism industry experts in tandem with the country's leading universities.
About the Bolshoy Serpukhov project:
The project aims to create a special economic zone geared towards high-technology and capital-intensive industries. Bolshoy Serpukhov is expected to become the region's sixth site with a special economic regime and will be located within the Serpukhov urban district. The new SEZ is intended to attract investment and stimulate the growth of innovative and tourism sectors.
