The architectural style of the buildings will be carefully preserved, yet will find new breath thanks to modern environmentally sound materials and technologies. The utilities will be completely renewed: there will be new networks and modern treatment facilities ensuring minimal impact on the environment.
Particular attention is being given to reviving the legendary Chvizhepse mineral spring, whose waters are renowned for their healing properties. Its name comes from the Abazin tribe of the Chuzhgucha, who lived here until the middle of the 19th century. They called it "the water that gives joy", "living water", "the river of the Chuzhgucha people".
