Sergey Lee gave a public lecture at the Financial University on "The professions and competences of the future".

On 17 April 2023 the company's founder and managing partner, Sergey Lee, gave students a public lecture on "The professions and competences of the future".

"The pace at which the hospitality industry is developing today has never been seen before. The way investors are motivated to put money into it is something we are seeing for the first time. The support the state provides is an absolute precedent. As one of the leading companies in general and fragmentary management of hotel properties, we see our task as changing the approach to the hotel business, including from the point of view of education."

Drawing on his own experience of running a business, Sergey Alexandrovich spoke about the core approaches to creating an exclusive hotel product. Through an interactive format of real cases he opened up the subject of designing hotel spaces, building an effective operating system and setting standards for first-class service. LeePrime Group's own methodology for launching and managing premium-class hotel properties was presented separately:

"A hotel is a microcosm, a synergy of dissimilar competences."

During the Q&A session, participants discussed the challenges of the digital era, the methodology for assessing a property's location, and the serious changes the industry has undergone over the past few years:
