The founder of the management company LeePrime Group spoke about the development of the hospitality industry in the current economic conditions.

On the hospitality industry in 2022: "In my view, compared with what came before, this is a big step forward, a major change in terms of service. Alternative kinds of holiday are now on offer."

On the current situation in the industry: "In fact, this is a chance and an opportunity to build our own system of standards, drawing on the experience of foreign brands and making something of our own."

On the shortage of staff in the tourism industry: "The industry has always had a shortage of front-line staff: housekeepers, front desk agents, waiters. We are now putting forward an initiative to create an education centre in one of our locations, where front-line and middle-level staff will be trained."
