The Government of Kuzbass, SDS and LeePrime Group have signed a cooperation agreement on building hotels in Sheregesh
The ceremony took place as part of the international exhibition and forum Russia at VDNKh.
The project territory occupies two land plots with a total area of 10 hectares and is located at the Sheregesh ski resort.
The project provides for a year-round hotel and recreation complex with signature wellness programmes built on an innovative medical wellness concept. The site will host authentic restaurants, terraces and spaces for events and inspiring leisure.
The concept of the LeePrime collection Sheregesh 5+ hotel is inspired by the world's finest resort hotels and by the aesthetics and culture of Mountain Shoria. The room stock makes it possible to create the comfortable, private atmosphere of a members-only ski club.
LeePrime spa&resort Sheregesh 4 is an ideal place for a family holiday, created for guests who want to enjoy the freedom and ease of an active break.
The complex's architecture will be harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, preserving as much of the forest as possible. The project is part of the federal Forest Conservation programme.
