The new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel complex at the Krasnaya Polyana ski resort will be managed by LeePrime Group.
Under the franchise agreement signed between Hilton and the Metropolis Group of Companies, the new building under the DoubleTree by Hilton Sochi Krasnaya Polyana brand will enter the market in 2025.
The new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel complex at the Krasnaya Polyana ski resort will be managed by LeePrime Group. The agreement was signed on behalf of the developer and the management company by Anna Nevzorova, director of Metropolis LLC, and Sergey Lee, managing partner of LeePrime Group.
The project concept involves an ensemble of buildings with commercial premises on the ground floors and a shared underground car park for 244 vehicles. Located in Krasnaya Polyana, the new complex will be a little over an hour's drive from the centre of Sochi and will have convenient access to the area's many high-quality restaurants and après-ski bars.
The complex's infrastructure is designed to create favourable conditions for guests of the all-season Krasnaya Polyana resort, with restaurants, a medical centre, a spa complex, a gym, conference spaces and shops, allowing guests to rest between descents in winter and mountain hikes in summer. Taking the location's particularities and residents' needs into account, DoubleTree by Hilton Sochi Krasnaya Polyana will be geared towards a comfortable and memorable stay, thanks to 145 functionally equipped hotel rooms.
DoubleTree by Hilton Sochi Krasnaya Polyana will become part of the Hilton Honors guest loyalty programme, allowing more than 118 million users who book directly through the Hilton website to earn points for hotel stays and to receive instant benefits such as contactless check-in, room selection and connecting rooms.
Hilton currently has 26 operating hotels, five of which run under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand, including DoubleTree by Hilton Moscow — Vnukovo Airport and DoubleTree by Hilton Kazan City Centre.
The new hotel will be located at: 77 Zashchitnikov Kavkaza Street, Krasnaya Polyana settlement, Adler district, Sochi.
