The official opening of the LEEPRIME Project Workshop laboratory within the Graduate School of Hospitality Management institute at ROSBIOTECH
On 23 January 2026 at 13:00, at the Russian Biotechnological University (11 Volokolamskoye Highway, Moscow), as part of the celebration of Russian Students' Day, the LEEPRIME Project Workshop laboratory will be officially opened within the Graduate School of Hospitality Management institute at ROSBIOTECH.
This socially significant project, delivered jointly by hotel developer LeePrime Group and ROSBIOTECH university, is aimed at strengthening the talent pool of Russia's hospitality industry and at training a new generation of operational specialists capable of reinforcing the standing of the national school of service as an important element of national identity.
The project takes on particular significance against the background of an acute shortage of staff, in particular supervisors and front-line managers — one of the industry's most sought-after segments, facing a shortfall of up to 30%. The institute's main task is to narrow that gap by linking educational programmes to the market's real needs and to the country's strategic development priorities.
A key component of the institute will be the LEEPRIME Project Workshop laboratory — a unique simulation space where students will be able to hone their management skills on real cases, in the working situations of operating hotels and through modern management practice.
The institute's opening will become an important platform for dialogue between the state, business and the educational community, setting a strategic direction for the "Science — State — Business" format. The format supports the national agenda for developing human capital, strengthening talent sovereignty and reinforcing Russia's hospitality industry.
