Training premium-level medical concierges

LeePrime Group and the RK-Meditsina Foundation have summed up the results of their training course for medical concierges
LeePrime Group, in partnership with the RK-Meditsina Foundation (a specialist division of the Roscongress Foundation), has completed its proprietary educational project "Training premium-level medical concierges".

The initiative became part of the companies' strategic partnership
The training programme focused on four key modules:
• Visual intelligence
• Elite service and the adaptation of luxury-class international hospitality protocols for use in medical institutions.
• The philosophy of luxury, and the study of the psychology of working with discerning guests
• The introduction of personalised support standards and ethics in medicine.

The partnership between LeePrime Group and RK-Meditsina is aimed at building a new service ecosystem. The parties expressed their intention to continue working together on educational projects in elite service.
